Customer Satisfaction, Refunds and Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products. If a product fails to meet your expectations, return it within 30 days in its original packaging and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you. Shipping charges are not refundable.
There is a $25 restocking fee on all unauthorized returns. Call us at 800.237.1315 to obtain a Return Authorization.
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed your order, an order summary page/invoice will display which you can print out for your records. We will also send you an email confirming your order. You may also view your Order History online.
