Gorgeous! Exceptional quality. One of a kind, Ultimate Martin House. Divided into 24 compartments, this condo will hold many families, especially the wonderful mosquito-eating Purple Martins. The ledge on each floor serves as a perch. Top is removable for clean-out. Verdigris roof with round finial at top.
The base is made with finger joints on the corners. Decorative brackets are included. Total weight about 70 lbs. Shipped in two pieces.
Post not included, but mounts easily to our Square Cedar post.
